60 Day Returns

  • We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for changing your mind. 
  • So that you have complete freedom to choose what you want, we will gladly give you a refund or store credit for an accepted change of mind return.
  • Return postage will be at your expense for a change of mind return.

To be eligible

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • Contact us within 60 days of purchase, requesting the return and providing details. 
  • Advise us whether you would like a refund or a store credit. 
  • Once we confirm the return address, you pay for shipping back to us, with tracking.
  • Please follow the returns process carefully to avoid disappointment! 

Change of Mind Return Process

  • Fill out the Customer Enquiries form at our Contact page.
  • If your return is accepted, we will confirm the address for you to ship your return to. Please make sure you get tracked shipping so that items don't get lost.
  • PLEASE NOTE: As we have multiple different suppliers some of which ship items directly to our customers, it is very important that you wait until we confirm a return prior to posting the item to us.
  • If you wish to exchange for another item, please simply repurchase the new item after your refund is received. This is the simplest way for us to manage exchanges and we appreciate your assistance with it!

Damages & Faults 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask for photos if the damage is visible, so please consider taking photos in the first instance that you contact us. We will replace damaged items in accordance with consumer law.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
